The Challenge
Healthcare apps are often cluttered and confusing for elderly users. Vitality needed an interface that was highly accessible, strictly compliant with healthcare standards, and incredibly easy to use.
Solution
Implemented a card-based UI with large typography, high-contrast colors, and voice-assisted navigation to ensure accessibility for all age groups. We achieved WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
